Ever since its birth, AGC saw its rapid growth, with a nearly average 30% increase in its sales volume from 2014 to 2021. As a newcomer in led industrial light field, what is the secret of our success? The answer is a customized solution with a fast response.
Today, I would like to show you several examples to show our overwhelming customized solution competence.
First example, a customer from Europe told me that his customer wants to save more energy and cost for some small LED high bay project while no intention in investing more money for expensive intelligent control system.
I shared this information with our engineer and they acted very quickly and checked out that this customer usually bought some of PIR sensor from us and we can help them to save more energy and cost just by this sensor. 1 hour later, our engineer gave me his solution that the customer can control 3-5 high bays just with 1 PIR sensor and below is the diagram from our engineer, our customer is very satisfied with our solution, it is indeed a cost-effective Manner, no need big money in intelligent system and it is easy to realize group control.
Second example, my customer from the USA has a project in the Middle East area, the project is not complex but the only difficult thing is the end user wants 5 different colors for just 500pcs LED street light.
As is known to all, the customized color requirement is really a big headache because the painting factory needs big MOQ to start its special color, if no big quantity, they usually refuse to accept such order because they can’t earn money by such order. Considering it is a royal customer and it is really hard to persuade the end user in accepting the unanimous color, we decided to support this customer.
But although our supplier accepted this order under our relentless insistence, they don’t want to deal with our order as a priority but actually, our customer needs this colorful led street light very urgently.
Later, do you know how we push our supplier to finish it?
A young girl from our purchasing department, with her toothpaste, mirror, toothbrush, and small quilt went to our supplier’s factory and told the boss of our supplier, ‘’ Please, please, if you can’t finish our color heat sink, I have to sleep here’’. Under such circumstances, our supplier has no reason to delay again.
The next morning, our factory got all 500pcs heat sinks in time and we finished this order as our customer’s schedule. My customer is very surprised that we can finish his order so swiftly under such a difficult situation, we originally told him that if we try our best, 40 days may be a good lead time we can offer. But later upon the end user’s requirement, we have to finish it within 30 days.
I told my customer ‘’hey, buddy, we haven’t made money from your this order and we have tried our best to support you just because we hope we can establish a long-term cooperation’’. ‘’sure, I know this and we have already cooperated for more than 7 years and I am quite sure we will continue our cooperation forever’’, my customer smiled.
I have said too much, it is my pleasure to show you some pictures of colorful light below, it seems so beautiful except for a big MOQ requirement headache.
