High Temperature Lighting

High temperature lighting means the lighting fixtures that are able to operate in hot environments. They are typically designed for high ambient temperature areas like foundries, steel mills, power generation, aluminum smelters, warehouses, factories, iron forges, etc. Heat-resistant lighting is very important because the high temperature will cause strong damage to fixtures. Drivers and other electronic components are sensitive to heat. A long-term high junction temperature can lead to the degradation of electronic elements, lumen depreciation, and failures. For safe and stable operation, using heat-resistant lighting fixtures is critical.

Not only UFO high bay lights but also linear high bays are available for high ambient temperature applications. Our heat-proof lighting fixtures can work up to 70 °C. Large heat sink enlarges surface areas, providing excellent thermal conductivity and optimum heat dissipation. Aluminum and special manufacturing housing strengthen the thermal conductivity. Apart from a large heat sink and premium housing, our products are dust-proof as well. The vertical cooling ribs on the housing prevent dust deposits and ensure constant heat dissipation.
