Last time when I went to EU. I found that there many gas stations need light like this.  The cut hole on the ceiling is normally 380 x 380mm. We make the fixture size 400mm X 400mm. Cost effective, low glaring. That's the market are looing for. Below picture is the first sample from tooling preparing for temperature testing. It will be powder coating in white color.
