High Bay Light in Factory Replace 400W HID

In the demanding environment of a factory filled with dust and smoke, achieving optimal lighting conditions can be challenging, particularly when dependent on outdated HID lighting systems. Our client was confronted with this issue and sought a comprehensive lighting upgrade for their facility.

To address this need, we implemented a strategic lighting retrofit, utilizing 156 high-efficiency 150W LED high bay lights to replace the existing 400W HID fixtures. This transition illuminated the factory with a luminosity ranging from 320 to 600 lux — a remarkable improvement that delivered illumination three times brighter than the previous setup. By integrating these advanced LED lights, our client achieved an impressive 70% energy savings.
