150W Food Processing High Bay in Sugar Factory

Food safety is paramount in a sugar factory, and the lighting solution plays a crucial role in maintaining it. Lighting fixtures with exposed glass and screws pose a significant risk, as falling parts can contaminate the sugar processing areas, leading to severe safety hazards. To address this challenge, we implemented HB06 HiClean Plus high bay lights for this project.

Featuring a seamless construction without front glass or exposed screws, our HB06 minimizes the risk of falling parts, ensuring the utmost safety of the sugar processing operations. Additionally, the fixture's IP69K rating provides robust protection against water and dust, further enhancing its suitability for the demanding conditions of a sugar factory.

After a meticulous strategic design process, our HB06 fixtures in 150W and 200W variants were strategically installed throughout the sugar factory. The 90-degree optics ensure uniform and sufficient lighting distribution across the entire facility, ensuring optimal visibility and working conditions for the staff.
