What mounting options do your linear lights have

Suspended mounting

Suspended mounting refers to hang the LED linear lights from the ceiling or other building structures by cords, chains, straps, rods, wires, etc. Suspended mounting displays the linear fixtures like long necklaces, decorating the applications as well as providing sufficient illuminations. As industrial fixtures are heavier than normal fixtures, ensuring the hanging tools are firmly mounted on ceiling or other building structures is critical.

Surface mounting

Surface mounting means that fixtures are mounted on a flat surface and protruded away from the surface. Surface mounting is the easiest and low-cost way to mount the fixtures. Opening is not required in surface mounting. Fixtures are exposed directly in the space. Surface mounting includes mounting fixtures to a wall, boulder, pergola, etc. Surface mounting that attaches fixtures to the ceiling is known as ceiling mounting, which is widely utilized in industrial environment.

Are motions sensor available with your LED linear lights

Are your linear lights rated for harsh environment

Applications such as food processing plants, cold storage, steel mills, sport facilities, etc, have harsh environment including water, dust, high temperature, corrosion and high impact. Our linear lights feature relevant ingress protections to ensure the safety and stable lighting performance.

Almost all our linear lights have IP65 rated or above, which enables fixtures waterproof and dust-proof. Some LED linear lights can provide ingress protection up to IP69K, allowing the use of high pressure water (9000kPa) up to 80 degrees. When it comes to high temperature environments, some of our linear lights have excellent thermal conductivity and large heat dissipation area, keeping functioning in high temperature up to 65 degrees. Our products are rated with impact protection rang from IK06 to IK10. Some of them also have Din 57710-13 Ball Test Approval, protecting fixtures from the impact of fast moving balls in indoor sport facilities.
