How to install 4pcs linkable 60W non dimmable LHB22 LED Linear Light

LHB22 is an upgraded linkable LED linear trunking system with a concise and stylish appearance. Dimmable and up-light are optional to meet different needs. The high efficiency and multiple light distributions make LHB22 linear light ideal for multiple applications. The integrated design makes several parts be lined together in one by connectors. It also allows easier and faster installation. LHB22 can be used in supermarkets, warehouses, and other large-scale indoor places.

For this demonstration, we utilize 4 Pcs linkable 60W (45W downlight and 15W uplight) non-dimmable LHB22 linear trunking system. Let’s start the installation.

1. Be sure you have turned off the power properly before installation.
2. Prepare accessories: accessories include suspension kits, terminal feed in trunking, end caps, dust plugs, lens silicone plugs.
3. The wire offers 3 channels for L2, L2, and L3. We suggest users choose the same L2 channel (the default setting) for all trunking within a limited quantity. Users can also choose different L wires based on their projects demands.
4. Remove side cover from feed in trunking.
5. Torn down the last wiring track: unscrew the 10 screws on the connecting plate, 6 of which are connected to the wiring track, and 4 to the wiring connector. Pull out the connecting plate from the track. Then, bend the wires into the track with the wiring connector together.
6. Aligning the insertion and then stitching
7. Install the suspension kit and hang up the trunking systems. The triangle mark must point in the opening direction.
8. Install side covers.
9. Install the feed in trunking and its side cover. Please note the wiring for feed in trunking. Please use single phase electricity, and you only need to connect one L channel. The L channel (L1/L2/L3) in the terminal block of feed in trunking should keep the same with the L channel of the trunking.
10. Install the end caps.
11. Install plugs: the lens plugs are available for both up and down lights, while the dust plug is designed for the up side for down-light only.
12. Check the installation, and then turn on the power.
