A partner stocked the WP06 NORRIS wall luminaire, and they installed it at their own building. We got an improvement proposal.
Hi Sammy,
We installed a wall luminaire here at our building, and within one week we got feedback from the neighborhood that the lamp is really glary. So the light goes too much upwards. Did you have any idea to improve?
AGC respects customers’ feedback, so we worked out a new heatsink and solved the glary issue on the new model WP08. Below is the comparison and a short guideline on how to choose the wall luminaire for different applications.

Application guideline
WP08 is a full-cutoff wall light, which is often used in a very narrow passage and does not cause any glare or light pollution to the passengers or neighbors. It is more of a decoration to outdoor building or a security light.
WP06 is a semi-cutoff wall light, it is usually used on exterior walls in parking lots, schools and hospitals, warehouses, shopping malls. It is better to have no building, wall or house at its front or within its illuminated coverage.
