What kind of LED fixture is suitable for hazardous locations?
AGC’s new explosion-proof LED flood light Sparkle could be an answer. It has already been verified with IECEx and UL 1598, so it can be perfectly used in hazardous locations like power plants, chemical plants or some other heavy industry factories.
You might be wondering what are benefits of Sparkle.
First, it has a very beautiful outlook. The inspiration was given by Iron Man.
Second, our Sparkle has great heat dissipation ability. The housing is made of die-casting low copper Aluminum. LED chip and driver have separate cooling systems. So that’s why it can work at high temp up to 65 degrees.
Third, it has great anti-corrosion ability. We use tempered glass to protect the PC lens from being aged. All exposed parts such as screws, flanges, and brackets are made of stainless steel. Moreover, we did pass the 1000H salt spray test.
Fourth, we provide symmetric-narrow, medium, and wide, and some other asymmetric beam angles total of 12 options to use in different applications.
Lastly, we have available visor and wire guard accessories as well.
Anyway, the sparkle is a nice product for hazardous locations.
