DOB LED Lights have been introduced into market for quite some time now, but still haven’t they been accepted at large scale. Why?
Well, there is a reason for it, customers are still quite used to lighting products with regular LED drivers. Even though, the advantages DOB solution holds are very much obvious.
We all know DOB is short for “Driver on Board”, which is a new solution for driver IC integrated with LED board, and because of that most people call it “Driverless”. Since there will be no need to consider extra driver space for the light fitting, so product designer can design new fixture in more compact structure without big LED driver and hence more cost-effective.

Besides DOB LED Highbay, we also develop DOB LED Flood Light, our latest DOB version flood light FL51 is the topic today.
FL51 has all the advantages DOB solution offers: super sleek low profile, outstanding performance and cost-effective. By more compact and light-weight structure it saves much more shipping costs and inventory spaces.
Full wattage range 50W 100W 150W 200W 300W covers most commonly used powers for all kinds of applications. 120lm/w efficacy with IP66 IK07 and 5 years warranty is very desirable considering its super cost-effectiveness.
FL51 works well under -30℃~+50℃ ambient temperature which is incredible because few counterparts could have their similar DOB lighting fixtures work under this temp. range, thanks to its excellent heat dissipation performance, FL51 can achieve long lifespan ≥50,000 hours.
While most other DOB flood lights on market configurate reflector cup+tempered glass at 110° beam angle, we’ve designed FL51 to be 90° which achieves better effect especially for accent flood lighting.
Have to mention, another highlighted feature is also very important because most DOB light fittings out there have a surge protection only with 2+4KV line-line and line-earth, while for FL51 it leads with a 4+6KV. Higher surge protection voltage means higher safety, especially for some specific areas.
