In the field of industrial lighting, competition in the UFO high-bay light series is becoming increasingly fierce. How to maintain a competitive edge in the market? There are several factors we need to take into consideration.
Let us explain in detail based on our new HB81 high bay light product.
First, provide various versions in the same fixture, one fixture can meet most of your demands. Then client can focus on how to sell more rather than choosing more UFO fixtures.
We provide 4 versions of HB81:
- 180lm/W with wattage selectable function,
- 200lm/W with wattage selectable function,
- 180lm/W with CCT and wattage selectable function,
- 200lm/W with DALI driver with wattage selectable function.
Second, continuous research and development is carried out to introduce new technologies and functions to meet customers' increasing needs for lighting effects and energy efficiency. Reducing inventory is a trend, high efficiency is what clients need, and intelligent control is also necessary for more and more projects.
HB81 is featured with CCT&Wattage selectable function, Zhaga base available and own-designed driver makes it more competitive.
CCT and wattage selectable DIP switches are inside the fixture, which makes more easier for the client to adjust the CCT and wattage while not damaging the switch.
Except DALI driver version, the other three versions are equipped with Zhaga Receptacle, Zhaga Microwave, and PIR sensors are available.
We use our own-designed driver, which can help us control the cost as much as possible, and guarantee a stable lead time. What’s more, we designed a DALI driver with a power selectable function, it is a new design.
Third, keep uniqueness in the market. Give new products some innovation points.
- We use the built-in driver, so the total fixture looks more like a UFO.
- The standard color of the heatsink is Grey(RAL870-3), which looks more elegant, differentiated from the previous black or white high bay.
- The label design looks more harmonious with the whole fixture.
Fourth, customers are becoming more and more environmentally conscious. Respond to society's demand for environmental protection and improve the company's social responsibility through sustainable development practices in packaging.
For the product packaging, we use plastic-free packaging, with Sydney paper replacing the original PE bags, which better reflects the concept of environmental protection.
