As RGB/RGBW provides diverse, personalized, and dynamic lighting effects, they have been widely used for commercial, architectural, and landscape applications. For the Stadiums, RGB/RGBW lighting is not new either.
Why RGB/RGBW Lighting for Stadiums?
Nowadays sports has become one of the most popular entertainment industries. To strengthen spectators’ experiences and reflect the game, RGB/RGBW lighting is the best helper. RGB/RGBW allows for millions of color variations and enables sports arenas to be versatile canvases for dynamic visual marvels. These lighting systems can be synchronized with music, game events, or specific moments during gameplay or performances to create a breathtaking visual spectacle.
Whether it is celebrating a win, enriching a halftime show, or acknowledging an outstanding play or performance, the lighting effects heighten the drama and excitement, amplifying the overall experience for attendees. RGB lighting control systems allow for intricate synchronized choreography making the lights pulse, flicker, and dim at appropriate intervals. This synchronization not only entertains the audience but also adds a layer of immersion, making fans feel more connected to the game’s intensity.
AGC Wireless RGB/RGBW Sports Lighting Solutions
Based on markets’ feedback, AGC has also been developing our own RGB/RGBW sports lighting. And I’m not talking about the very regular DMX-controlled RGB/RGBW, instead I would like to share the latest wireless solution.
The Synapse. Synapse is not a new company, they have been in the market making and selling wireless sensors for years now. Most recently they’ve got more attention because of their wireless control for the sports lighting. We’ve been working with Synapse for a wireless control module on our sports lights, including the RGB/RGBW version.
Currently, we are testing the new 3 outputs and 4 outputs drivers for our RGB/RGBW sports light, besides the regular DMX control, these drivers also have D4i for Synapse. The transfer is easy, only need to change the connection from DMX to D4i, all available in the junction box.
Sports lighting is a promising niche market for lighting retrofits, with the RGB/RGBW solution and new wireless control upcoming, it surely increases more possibilities for your projects.
If you have any questions or are further interested in the discussion about our new design on the subject topic, please feel free to let me know. We’ll catch up soon.
